The music of Hillcrest was written my Jonathon Zemek and Producer Matt Smith.  It was recorded at Lost Oasis Studios in Austin, TX then mastered by Jerry Tubb at Terra Nova Studios also in Austin, TX.  The album features six vocalists that correspond to the characters in the story of Hillcrest.  In addition to the featured vocalists, the album tapped into the massive talents of Austin based musicians.  Scroll down to see the full album credits.

Guy is known today as a musician with gripping, powerful vocals as well as a master of numerous instruments. He started his musical development first with singing, and began playing harmonica at 16. Shortly thereafter he heard a very distinct and overwhelming sound on Kansas City radio that changed his life; it was Robert Johnson. After that, he borrowed a guitar, fell in love and learned to
tune it with his feet from a friend who had lost both his arms in an accident. In college, he lasted a single semester at the University of Kansas, and then he found the music he had been seeking – gritty, organic folk and blues, “from a practical hands-on, gears, joints and joists level.” And he struck out to learn it.
Matt Smith is a New York-raised, Austin-based musician who has over 30 years of experience performing, producing, instructing, writing, and leading clinics. He has released a multitude of well received albums and spends most of his days teaching music lessons and producing records out of Six String Ranch Studio.  Matt produced Hillcrest as well as sang, played bass, mandolin and keys.

She has also provided choreography and backing vocal work for soul band T Bird & the Breaks, as well as Arum Rae, with whom Andrea shared the stage to open for Gary Clark, Jr. at the Arneson River Theatre in San Antonio and the Bowery Ballroom in New York City (2013).
